By renting the interior studio “Bloom Theory Straps”, you accept the rules of rent, established on its use:
In case of damage of the equipment and accessories you undertake to compensate the losses. The tenant of the shooting bears full material responsibility for all the equipment and decorations of the studio as well as for the actions of the persons taking part in the photographing and/or being in the studio during the photographing. If you do not have an opportunity to pay on the spot, the administrator takes your passport or equipment as a deposit.
You must pay for the rented time at once.
After the end of the photo shoot, the tenant is obliged to remove the debris from the hall, formed during the shooting and other objects that interfere with the further conduct of the photo shoot in the hall. Or the tenant pays $100 to clean the hall. If the floor needs to be cleaned – $200 . If you want to conduct a photo shoot with liquids, it is necessary to inform the administrator, to provide waterproofing of a part of the shooting area.
The things given out by the administrator, you need to give back. If you have taken something, moved it in the process of your work, please return everything back to its place. It will take about 5 minutes for the receptionist to check that the equipment is in good working order after it has been used.
The beginning of the rental studio is considered the booked time, not the time of the actual appearance of the tenant in the studio. In the case of early completion of shooting, the booked time is paid in full.
If after the booked time the studio is free, you can extend the shooting time by paying an additional rental multiple of 30 minutes.
In case of refusal to rent the studio, money will not be refunded. In the case of a valid reason: you will be able to reschedule at a time convenient to the studio. No more than 2 weeks from the preliminary shooting date.
If the studio is booked until a certain hour – you have to pay and leave the studio at the designated time, without delay, please finish shooting 5-10 minutes before the end of the rental, so that you have time to pack and vacate the room before the next client. Every minute over booked time is paid extra with your and our nerves Respect the next client as yourself. Reserve time including changing and cleaning of the hall.
You can be in the studio only with a change of shoes, it is important that they do not leave black marks on the floor. Warn everyone involved in the photo shoot about this. In the absence of a change of shoes, slippers can be borrowed from the administrator. The total number of people in the photo shoot is not more than five, including the photographer. If there are more than 5 people additional fee of $50 per 1 person per 1 hour is charged. If the organizer of the shooting organizes any event, at which there will be more than five people at a time, he is obliged to warn the administration of the studio about it in advance.
It is forbidden to smoke or drink alcoholic beverages in the halls.
Removing soft boxes from the lighting equipment without the presence of the administrator is NOT allowed. Be careful when working with studio lights! It is forbidden to stick anything on walls, windows or mirrors with tape or any other method as it can contaminate their surface. It is also forbidden to light candles that are in the studio. If you want to light something, call administrator.
Administrator has the right to be in the studio (in a specially allocated place, without disturbing and embarrassing the tenants) to check its condition, integrity of the equipment and decorations. Preview of the studio is carried out by preliminary call, strictly on the condition that the room is free, or during the break between rentals.
